We guarantee all our products from OMCON to be free of defects in workmanship and material for one year, unless otherwise specified. OMCON will replace the product with a new substitution or repair the product with new or rebuilt parts within one year from the date of getting the goods .
It does not cover damages or failures caused from misuse, mishandling , abuse, neglect misapplication, accident, alteration, faulty installation, modification byuser, failure of working in associated with other non-verfied products, acts of God. This product warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Product Return Policy
Products maybe returned to OMCON under two conditions:
Defect found within warranty period
Damage not under coverge of warranty, but returned for service

1¡¢All returns must be obtained a Repair Manufacturer Agreement Number (RMA #) from OMCON in prior to its shipment back to OMCON. Customer should contact OMCON¡¯s sales for issuing RMA#, thus A RMA form will be requested for customer to fill out. Through filling-out RMA form ,we can filter out unnecessary problems that might not need to return material. E.g., some problems can be solved by software update which can be done, or it¡¯s simple just misunderstanding of product application and so on.

2¡¢ Return Material that beyond warranty period or out of warranty coverage will be charged at minimum repairing cost and other expenses if any. Customer is liable for shipping freight for both return and backward shipments.

3¡¢ To avoid an ¡°import duty¡± may occur at OMCON¡¯s side, customer is requested to ship returns to OMCON by using Post Office Express Service(EMS). This also the cheapest way to transport goods.

4¡¢ Customer is required to pay shipping cost from customer¡¯s side. OMCON will pay shipping freight for backward shipment of after repaired or replace product to customer.

How to Return?
1¡¢ Customer contact OMCON sales for descriping the defect and fill out a RMA form.

2 ¡¢OMCON issue Return Material Authorization number.

3 ¡¢Customer ship the Return Material by insured parcel post
The product package must be well packed under a good protection condition with all accessories included when returning the product to OMCON. Otherwise the missing accessories will be not be added to the backward shipment to customer.
The product package must be enclosed with at least on sheet on finalized RMA Form with RMA#. If there are more than one piece of similar product included, each with a note specify the cause of defect is required.
All documents for transportation must appear ¡°Return merchandise for warranty claim¡±. This is to avoid uncessary taxes.

4¡¢OMCON ship repaired or replaced product normally within 15 days after received the returns
